ESOP Lender Services
After we prepare an ESOP Feasibility Study and Report, we often convert this report into a “deal book” and distribute it to various prospective Bank lenders in a competitive RFP process. Banks provide expressions of interest, and the most attractive loan proposal is selected for the deal. Even if the company ends up using its historic lender, it has the knowledge that its lender’s proposal was competitive against a field of other potential lenders.
